@dcservicejam #GSJam #dcsj2022
A weekend of design to change the world.
In more than 100 cities around the world each year, design thinking enthusiasts join forces on a weekend in March for the Global Service Jam‘s weekend of service design to change the world. They are designers, artists, business people, mothers, community members, students, legislators and citizens. They meet with one goal in mind: to create, prototype, and publish a new service in less than 48 hours.
Traditionally, jams are full weekends held in-person, but due to ongoing covid concerns, we will be doing a slightly-abridged online jam this year! The workshop will still focus on developing service design thinking tools like gamestorming, user research, rapid prototyping, and testing
Both beginners and experts are welcome. As a participant, we hope you'll walk away from the DCSJ with new tools for your service design toolkit, a portfolio-ready service prototype, and the great experience and memories that come from collaborating with a team of fellow design thinking enthusiasts.
(Unconventional) Jam Schedule
