What is DC Service Jam?
A hands-on design event where teams work around a secret theme to build real service concepts. No experience needed. Just curiosity, collaboration, and a willingness to make things.

This year's special ingredient: AI + Service Design. We'll use AI tools as sense-making aids, prototyping accelerators, and creative collaborators (we're here to learn, not just take shortcuts).
